Shipping and Returns

SHIPMENTS


Shipments are made by DHL worldwide. The calculation of postage is done automatically, depending on the country and the products. After payment, the product is packed and prepared, and shipped after 4 working days. Delivery time depends on each country. Receives this information when calculating the postage.


RETURNS


RETURNS FOR OTHER ITEMS


The return can be made within 14 (consecutive) days after receiving this item. The item must maintain the identification tag (the entire return process must be completed within 14 days): The return will be made by the carrier subcontracted by Sildel, which delivers the new item and collect the old one (the customer bears the shipping costs, both for the collection and for the new product).


EXCHANGE AND RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


The customer has the right to return or refund if he finds that the products supplied are defective, other than the chosen product or other non-conformities in relation to be ordered items. The return can be made within 14 (consecutive) days after receiving the item and the product must keep the identification label (the entire return process must be completed within 14 days). If non-compliance with the order is confirmed, the return will be made at no cost to the costumer. The customer can opt for a return or refund of the total purchase amount (item+shipping) as long as they send an invoice/receipt with associated costs by email.


REIMBURSEMENT


The return can be made within 14 (consecutive) days after receiving the item and the product must keep the identification label (the entire return process must be completed within 14 days). The customer can choose to refund the value of the item, the shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer, the amount for item will always be paid by bank transfer after receiving and our team will analyze the product (must keep labels and be without signs of use), informing the customer of the refund.

STEP 1: Send an email to sildel@sildel.pt with a photo of the articles you received.

STEP 2: PACK THE ARTICLE. You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another packaging or box, as long as it is undamaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return. Close the box and seal it with tape. If the box has any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments, remove them and paste the data that will be provided in response to the email in step #1.

STEP 3: EXCHANGE COLLECTION and DELIVERY: The transport company subcontracted by SILDEL (DHL) will go through the indicated address to collect and deliver the new item defined by both parties via email in step #1.

STEP 4: REFUND: After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the Customer of the refund to which he is entitled (if applicable). Refund of amount paid by bank transfer. Al shipping addresses will be indicated via email sildel@sildel.pt as well as collection or shipping procedures.


THE RIGHT TO REGRET YOUR PURCHASE

(Valid only within EU, for consumers).

Voluntarly refusal of an order for any motive. You have 14 (consecutive) days, after receiving your order at the designated address, to contact us and express your will to forfeit the purchase. Sildel will refund the consumer (excluding the initial shipping taxes). The refund will be performed using the same means of payment used in the purchase process. However, we might retain the refund until having recovered the product and upon verification of its pristine condition.
