EXCHANGE FOR OTHER ARTICLES
An exchange can be made within 14 days (continuous) after receipt of the item. The item must keep the identification tag (the whole exchange process must be completed within 14 days). The exchange will be made by the carrier subcontracted by Sildel that delivers the new item and picks up the old one (the customer bears all costs inherent to the return and its new shipment).
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer is entitled to an exchange or refund if the products supplied are found to be defective, not the product chosen, or other non-conformities with the items ordered. The exchange can be made within 14 days (consecutive) after receiving the item and the product must keep the identification label (the whole exchange process must be completed within 14 days). If it is confirmed that the product does not comply with the order placed, the exchange will be made at no cost to the customer. The customer can choose to exchange or refund the total amount of the purchase (article + shipping) provided that he sends by email an invoice with associated costs.
The return can be made within 14 (consecutive) days after receiving the item and the product must keep the identification label (the entire return process must be completed within 14 days). The customer can choose to refund the value of the item, the shipping costs will be responsibility of the customer, the amount for item will always be paid by bank transfer after receiving and our team will analyze the product (must keep labels and be without signs of use), informing the customer of the refund.
STEP 1: Send an email to email@example.com with a photo of the articles you received.
STEP 2: PACK THE ARTICLE. You can use the original packaging where you received the order or another packaging or box, as long as it is undamaged. If you use the original packaging, empty it and place only the item you want to return. Close the box and seal it with tape. If the box has any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments, remove them and paste the data that will be provided in response to the email in step #1.
STEP 3: EXCHANGE COLLECTION and DELIVERY: The transport company subcontracted by SILDEL (DHL) will go through the indicated address to collect and deliver the new item defined by both parties via email in step #1.
STEP 4: REFUND: After receiving and analyzing the product, the seller will inform the Customer of the refund to which he is entitled (if applicable). Refund of amount paid by bank transfer. Al shipping addresses will be indicated via email firstname.lastname@example.org as well as collection or shipping procedures.

Voluntarly refusal of an order for any motive. You have 14 (consecutive) days, after receiving your order at the designated address, to contact us and express your will to forfeit the purchase. Sildel will refund the consumer (excluding the initial shipping taxes). The refund will be performed using the same means of payment used in the purchase process. However, we might retain the refund until having recovered the product and upon verification of its pristine condition.
